I would like to take a moment to share my thoughts and experiences at South Charlotte Hyundai. This facility is relatively new, and the building is impressive, located at 10518 Cadillac Street in Pinevill experiences at South Charlotte Hyundai. This facility is relatively new, and the building is impressive, located at 10518 Cadillac Street in Pineville/Charlotte. I recently leased a 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz, and I am extremely satisfied with the care and individualized attention I received from the Sales Manager, Mr. Fred Collymore. Fred was truly exceptional. He was patient, kind, and highly flexible, ensuring I never felt pressured or rushed during the process. Together with his outstanding Sales Team, which includes Tavarus Mcelvaine and Dylan Beery, they handled my lease with the utmost care and attention. As an active physician who travels to various sites, finding the right vehicle was crucial for me. I also needed a reliable vehicle for my journeys between New York and North Carolina. I am incredibly grateful to Fred for going above and beyond to help me secure the right car. During the negotiation process, I found Fred and his team to be dignified and fair. Tavarus Mcelvaine, my salesman, was knowledgeable and courteous. I had many questions, and Tavarus was always willing to provide the right answers. Dylan Beery also offered great support when Tavarus was not available. One aspect that stood out to me about this dealership is their unique team approach to sales. Additionally, the service area appeared well-organized and provided a comfortable space for customers waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. Overall, I am very impressed and had a tremendously positive experience with this recent lease. I highly recommend anyone looking to lease or purchase a new vehicle to visit this location and ask for Fred and his friendly team! More

I bought a white Hyundai Sonata a little over a year ago. It has been a nightmare almost from the beginning. My car has an oil consumption problem, big chunks of paint coming off the car, a/c quit working. I It has been a nightmare almost from the beginning. I’ve had a cop show up at my house because they did not transfer the tag from the vehicle I traded in when I went up there they blamed the DMV. When I took it up there for the oil consumption problem I was told it was normal that the oil light was coming on and I was having to pour oil in the car 4 or 5 times between oil changes to just not go by what was on the dipstick. Now I’m told that Hyundai will not even think about replacing the engine without me shelling out $700 dollars for a test first. My car has now been there for 3 weeks getting someone to the phone or to talk to you takes days. I was told when I brought it in for the ac I had a good warranty it would cover it now and if not it would be a $129 dollars. Then my service tech called and said it was going to be over 500 dollars. When I said I would take the car elsewhere to be fixed I was told I had to pay 155 dollars for them diagnosing the problem. I was also told I did not have an extended warranty on the car. I then questioned why I did not when I was told I did. I questioned I did not understand when I traded in 2 cars one was paid off one that I owed 5,000 on and put 8000 dollars down but I owe 23000 dollars on this car that was 17000 dollars where did all of this get applied. In the same day I was miraculously called back and told it was internal mess up on their part I do have an extended warranty that will cover the ac I will have to pay 100 deposit though. We are now in the 3 rd week and after calling yesterday I was told there was no notes regarding my car in the system after being on hold for 40 minutes she was going to have to get with someone who knew about the car. She did call me back yesterday and told me she spoke with the gentleman who sold me the car who will not return my calls either but could blow my phone up when he was trying to sell me the car. Yesterday evening I was called back and the part was approved for the ac the part just needed to be ordered which she was going to do then I’m not sure why it had not already been ordered. I have not been offered a loaner vehicle even though they have admitted this is their fault. I will never buy another car from this company or own another Hyundai. I want to warn others to have to have the vehicle checked out elsewhere before buying the oil consumption problem has been an ongoing problem since I got the car. Hyundai has been of very little help for any of the issues and the biggest selling point of theirs was they have great warranties has done me no good. More
My car was recalled as a result of a manufacturer concern with the engine. I was told they have no loaner cars, but I would not have a car for three months. It took five days to learn what was wrong with my with the engine. I was told they have no loaner cars, but I would not have a car for three months. It took five days to learn what was wrong with my car. It took 9 phone calls to get an answer. The lack of assistance in getting a rental car and the inability for anyone to support is unbelievable. I will not buy another car from this dealership. More
