My Review of South Hills Honda:
Do NOT use South Hills Honda service department - go to Firestone or sears or a private garage - Their service is terrible! Their prices are outrageous! I thought I could justify a little more money for the Honda service, but they nickel and dime you to death! I paid $161 for a tire that I could have purchased next door NTB for $136 - and that is only one example of how they mark up there parts! DO NOT GO TO SOUTH HILLS HONDA! ! !

My Review of South Hills Honda:
We found our car on Cars.com, and it was at South Hills Honda. It was a little far of a drive, but easy to find once we were there. The car was waiting out front for a test drive, very impressed! The store is very well managed, very efficient, and the salesman was very patient. We got a good price for the car, discounted from the price online, and it was well worth the drive there.

The service department at South Hills Honda is top notch. The facility is modern and clean, the people at the dest are very helpful and assertive, and the entire setup proficient. I have had my Honda serviced here twice, and I have always had a good expeerience. Their prices are fair, and yes they do offer free inspections.

My Review of South Hills Honda:
South Hills Honda is an excellent dealership. They do not pressure the customer or play games. If you want to know a price, they tell you, and they don't play games with fees for this and that. They are very straight forward. The store is very nice, too, and they have a good supply of cars on site. The staff members are friendly. I recently bought an Accord, my fourth Honda, my first from South Hills Honda. I hope to do business with this company again.

My Review of South Hills Honda:
Today I went for my "free" state inspection for purchasing used CRV at this dealership. I was charged $52.95 incl. tax for my emissions inspection. I have gone to other dealers and only paid $37.95 for emissions inspection. Service manager told me he could charge me one cent or $1,000. for an emissions inspection. Told the time it would take would be 1-1/2 hours and it took 2 hours with empty waiting room. I guess it took them that long to TRY to find something wrong with the vehicle they recently sold me. I told service manager I would not be back in my lifetime for another service related visit or a purchase. BEWARE!

My Review of South Hills Honda:
Went online, had a good look round for Hondas in the south Pittsburgh area, and kept coming back to South Hills Honda, so I decided to pay a visit. It was a pretty good car buying experience, I must say. The guy online was most helpful, and in anticipation of my visit had the car ready to drive. I didn't have to go though the dreadful negotiating back and forth. I really can't say in one review how happy I am. I will certianly consider this store the next time I am looking for a car, and I will certainly recommend this store to others.

Everything went really well. The people working there were helpful. The cars were organized well, and they had the right color combo. I would recommend this dealership because they were very nice with us, they had the right car we wanted, and the manager followed up. We had a phone call later, the car has been great so far. My Review of South Hills Honda:
Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! -- With the economy the way it is, buying a new car is not as easy as it used to be, and this time around I felt that many dealerships were actually trying to use the economy as an excuse to rip you off. Not South Hills Honda. Everything aside, I was most impressed with the sincerety of the staff, and certainly the manager is to thank for that because he makes the effort to introduce himself to customers. The salesperson we worked with was very helpful, too. I had read that you couldn't get a lease anymore, but that's not true, and yes we got a lease that was basically like the last one we had. The store is easy to find, parking is easy, and I am pretty much happy with every aspect of the store and the whole purchase.

My Review of South Hills Honda:
Here is another great Honda Dealership way out Pittsburgh way! While I wouldn't make the trek from New York, my previous experience with South Hills Honda was exceptional. The store is privately owned and managed, and the family-feel is evident amongst all the staff members. That certainly makes a difference, and they make the customer feel important. I caught up with them again online, and they seem to have quite a good stock of cars at the moment. So, friendliness and customer service go hand in hand, and the prices at South Hills Honda are fair and they offer a bunch of benefits, like ODO Club membership, with both new and used Hondas. South Hills Honda is great, and tell them "Big Tennis Mike from New York" said so and you'll be sure to get special treatment.

My Review of South Hills Honda:
South Hills Honda are very friendly and accomodating. I had an emergency issue with my car, a little accident (I am not from the area), and they went out of their way to give my car immediate attention. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and responsive, and while waiting the owner came by, and by overhearing his conversation I realized who he was. I introduced myself and he was very kind, and asked the service rep to check up on the car. I suppose I was lucky that I didn't need any obscure part. Nevertheless, a bad situation was made much better.
