The only reason I Buy vehicles is because of the Salesman. And my Salesman Adrian is a Top-Notch Salesman at your Dealership. What connected us right away was our Military service. This dealership is NOT welcoming and does not hide the fact that they would like to meet ALL members of the San Antonio communities needs. We went in with generic needs for GM model vehicle and these peop fact that they would like to meet ALL members of the San Antonio communities needs. We went in with generic needs for GM model vehicle and these people in service department ignored follow ups and excluded us from communication. Basically poor business practices all around. No one seemed to check on us while we waited and waited. We had to keep hounding these people to follow up and communicate status of GM vehicle. No to mention because we do NOT resemble majority of residents in San Antonio we were ignored outright. We remained courteous and did not engage in poor behavior as customers. Overall this dealership would benefit in remembering that San Antonio is home to many people from all over. We will not be returning to this dealership. Poor behavior and blatant disregard for people will not be tolerated by myself or my friends/ my family. Also play more music variety in your establishment, this drives people away! More

Was lied to over and over. Every time I try to talk to anyone there I get the runaround. Very poor management. Called ahead about a 2018 Honda Pilot, listed online for $18,500. Drove two hours from Austin, which was a mistake because they knew I was interested. Garret showed me the car. I had talked to him personally on the phone, but he claimed never to have heard of me. I thought that was strange. The car I wanted was blue, but the price sticker was for a grey car going for $23,000! They tried to explain the color thing away. At first I assumed the price had gone down since the sticker was put on, because of what I saw online. Stupid of me. I asked for the carfax, they gave me a report for a black car! They tried to dismiss that too as another weird error. Then they hit me with their astronomical price, which was the same as the sticker for the grey car. Thousands more than the price I had seen online, and thousands more than it STILL said online! “The price is reevaluated every week.” So, they both jacked up the price at the last minute, and tried to pass off a phony report to hide something about the car’s history. Absolutely disgusting! More
