As a sales manager for many years I’ve learned sometimes just a simple question may deliver a new customer. I’ve walked around the new cars many times and not one sales rep has approached me . One older gentleman did approach me once and asked if I was interested in a new vehicle. I guess old school reps aren’t busy on their phones . More

When purchasing the vehicle, they did not disclose that there is an open recall that has no fix since late 2024. The reason this vehicle was purchased was for the towing capability which the recall dire there is an open recall that has no fix since late 2024. The reason this vehicle was purchased was for the towing capability which the recall directly effects that. I have driven 450 miles since purchase and the engine light has come on with o2 sensor issues and an overdrive pressure switch rationally fault which directly effects the transmission. After a week of trying to get ahold of someone at the dealership, and being bounced around, i am still waiting to speak to a person. Overall, Misleading information and apparently very little customer service. More
If anything feels off during your purchase experience- walk away. I bought a used car "as is", Which I accepted. Within three gas tanks, the engine light came on. I later learned there had been a prior sensor issue before my purchase, It was reset, driven minimally afterwards and was not disclosed and considered not a problem. It was a problem A $2000 fix problem. I had brought the car back shortly after purchase in good faith, Hoping they would work with me given how quickly the issue appeared. They didn't. Instead they charged me over $200 for a redundant diagnostic test that had already been performed. I owned a business for 30 years And I learned very early to put the customer before the buck, but I was treated only as a transaction. so beware! More
So far I’ve had two jeeps serviced here and a recall repaired. The service has been excellent. They keep in touch by text and or email. They are very fast and let you know what’s going.
