Thanks be to God, Southwest Ford, Richard and Micah for allowing me to get into the car I had been adoring from afar for the past 2 years, 2012 Ford Fusion!!!
I contacted Richard online and stated what I wanted and needed in a purchase of a new vehicle. Being upside down in my 2 yr. old 2010 Charger, unworthy credit score and no money down I began to think I would never get out of a car that I never enjoyed. From the first moment to the last one was so stress free and enjoyable on the dealership lot I began to feel as though I was among family and friends. Not only did I get what I wanted, but I received a GREAT PRICE, GREAT INTEREST RATE OF 3.9%, GREAT TRADE-IN APPRAISAL (that was above KBB), REBATES (that I wasn't aware of),with MY DREAM CAR along with GREAT OPTIONS.
I actually had just left a dealership in McKinney trying to get a car which was priced less than my Fusion, but was denied on the financing without any offer of help on anything - point blank. I drove straight to Greenville to find Richard Stephenson to who had gotten me approved financially with the payments I needed before I ever step on the lot. I ask him was it true or was it bait to get me there. Well turns out Richard was the most truthful about everything during our online communications.
The whole process was extremely better than I could ever dream of in obtaining the car I wanted. I could write a book about smoothest car purchase that I have ever experienced, meanwhile I will say this - IF YOU HAVE TRIED THE REST AND THEY'VE FAILED YOU, TRY THE ABSOLUTE BEST - "SOUTHWEST FORD" in Greenville, Texas.

The salesperson (Earl) was friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. In fact, the finance person recommended a better model for the same price. Yes, he likely needed it off the lot, but he could have easily let me pay the same price for a stripped down model.

Best car buying experience to date.

My Review of SouthWest Ford Lincoln Mercury:
This is the third vehicle i have purchased from this dealer. As they are under new ownership, i did not know what to expect.
Fantastic is how i would describe my buying experience. My salesman, Justin, was very knowledgable. The atmosphere in totally different from my last purchase. No pressure, answered all my questions with respectful answers and did i say, NO Pressure. As i had looked online at the vehicle i wanted, Justin did not try to upsell to a higher priced vehicle. After coming to an agreement on price, he was prompt in getting an appraisal on my trade and could explain the value that was assigned.
My experience in the finance department was also very pleasant. Altho i had made prior financing arrangements, Micah asked if he could see if he could get me a better deal, which in fact he was able to do, saving me several hundreds of dollars over the life of the loan.
I must say this was the most pleasant dealing's i have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy.

This has to be the BEST Car buying trip i have ever had. I have bought 2 other car from other dealer and they were the wost places i had been. I had Talk to Zack the day before i came and when i got to SouthWest Ford they had the Car i wanted to look at already up and the front and ready to go drive and i when in tell them this is what i want and this is what i want to pay a mouth and they did it. everyone was so nice there. When i buy again this will be the only place i will go to!!!! Thank you Southwest Ford and Zack!!!!

When I started driving, my father gave me an older car... well, it had finally given up on me. I've never bought a car before and was less than eager to get a kick to the face. But Ryan Cooper didn't kick me in th face at all! He was friendly, and so very helpful. He was straight to the point and helped me chose the best car for me. Ryan and his team took care of everything, and made sure I understood everything; I was grateful for that! I didn't want to be blind sighted during. this purchase! Ryan did a terrific job and I willbe going to Southwest Ford again!

I absolutely LOVE this dealership! I got my DREAM CAR that I have wanted since before the car was manufactured.
2012 Mustang 5.0 - which JR(Salesman) helped keep this a secret for my wife to surprise me. He went out of his way to make this a special anniversary gift complete with lights, bow, and a sign.
This makes my fourth purchase from this dealership and I have been satisfied to the MAX everytime. Its fast, easy, no haggling, straight-forward information and nothing but satisfaction.
I have recommended this dealership and its representatives to many co-workers which have in return purchased vehicles.
I will always use this dealership, I have never been disappointed.

I have purchased 3 new cars from Don Rice - that tells you what I think about the sales and finance staff. I don't know about the other sales folks, but Don is the best in all areas. He does not push but calmly and professionally presented options that met my expectations. Excellent followup that kept me knowledgeable of the latest rebates and vehicles available that met my needs. If you don't talk to Don, you are missing a great opportunity not only to meet a good guy but more importantly, to work with a professional that listens to your needs and puts you first. Go see him. If you don't, you get what you deserve. Micah in Finance is another professional you will enjoy working with. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He makes the finance experience enjoyable. And let me tell you about the service department - John, Joe and all the others do it right the first time. You don't have to bring your car back because they do it right. I guess I have said enough. The bottom line is Southwest Ford in Greenville, Texas is the best dealership I have dealt with in over 50 years of driving Fords. Go see them. You will be glad you did.

My Review of SouthWest Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I have used this dealership every since the first week I moved here in 2009. I have always been satisfied with the service and advice from Southwest Ford. They dont try to haggle you or put you in something you dont want or cant afford. They get you into what you will love and enjoy. My sales associate (JR Stewart) has sold my family 4 vehicles in the past two years and I will always go back to him for as long as I live in Texas. The sales manager (Mike Herron) always gave me the best deal and added any options I needed.
I recommend this dealership and personnel to all my friends, family and co workers.
They work hard and I appreciate it

AND I LOVE MY TRUCK!!!!!
