What an unfortunate experience. I have been dealing with a particular associate for little over 2 months trying to purchase a truck within the budget. Southwest sales team philosoph I have been dealing with a particular associate for little over 2 months trying to purchase a truck within the budget. Southwest sales team philosophy is tag-team the customer into a vehicle purchase. Wouldn’t it be nice to deal with one sales person!! Instead of dealing with multiple people and personalities that just try to cheat you into a sale. They ask you stupid questions and then turn your answers into verbal judo, unbelievable. Furthermore, I’m not the only one… I sat there waiting for the man behind the glass to work the numbers and listened to the associates near me. The associate behind was making cold calls and slamming the phone when no one picked up or answered no. Very unprofessional!! The associate on the other side was tag teaming a customer into a $1200 payment, and telling the man.. well, pick us a few more jobs during the month to cover the expense… who says that!! This sales team says they try to earn your business and want to build a business relationship for the future, but the 1990’s sales antics prove otherwise. What a shame, More
