I like the truck I bought. Everything the sales guys told me was a lie. If the truth would be OK, they would lie. I was told the truck would be ready the day after the money we Everything the sales guys told me was a lie. If the truth would be OK, they would lie. I was told the truck would be ready the day after the money went through. It took 9 days to get the truck from them. I called them over 20 times and the 3 I was able to talk to a person they either had no idea what the status was or outright lied to me. Only 1 time did the dealership call me in the 9 days, and that was while I was while they had me on hold for over 45 minutes on another line. They were to put new tires on and gave me brand and model of the tires. I asked if I could switch and pay any additional costs. I was told I could not as the tires were already purchased. A week later, when they installed the tires, they were not the same ones. Southwest Ford substituted a cheaper, lower quality brand tire instead. A salesman even lied about the actual brand of the tire installed, somehow thinking I could not read the name in the side of the tire. Southwest Ford had said the truck was inspected and ready to go when I test drove it. Turns out it was not. The truck needed multiple items fixed when the service department actually inspected it. The service department then refused to provide the history they had on the truck. I was only able to get them to send me a text of a photo of the service ticket. I was told they would not even e-mail it. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer. You cannot trust anything they tell you. Go anywhere else but Southwest Ford. Absolutely terrible service after the sale. I felt like they just stopped caring once I signed the sales contract. More
