It is hard to find a place where the people are more than willing to help. I didn't have a problem at all getting service here at Southaven Honda. The service was excellent and I didn't have to keep calling. willing to help. I didn't have a problem at all getting service here at Southaven Honda. The service was excellent and I didn't have to keep calling. I was able to get someone on the phone right away to take care of what I needed. Phillip was great and is an asset to the company. He makes you feel special and I don't know the ladies names right now, but they were great. The place is so nice. More

It’s difficult to get someone to answer the phone. My only complaint. The serviceman was fantastic and accommodating Phillip. EVERYTHING WAS OK EXCEPT THEY Vacuumed the front of the car but didn't vacuum the back...... I was told the reason why was because I had items in the back which were a bag and maybe a pair of flip flops car but didn't vacuum the back......
