Follow up, first appointment dent guy was a no show, after mom drove there and hobbled in on her walker to be told this. Second appointment, they tried, they were very kind and apologetic, and asked if I would delete this. As I told them, these dents can't be removed without body work and paint, but to my 82-year-old mom, they did become invisible, and she was satisfied. I let my mom go alone and handle this. I planned to give my own inspection after this was complete of the repairs and services. Customer service, this time, was how it should have been the first time. We will never get back the time spent, or the frustration caused by this experience, and still nothing has been offered to my mom for her troubles or damages. The repairs are not satisfactory to me, but to mom they will pass. I can still see and feel them. Bottom line here is, mom paid over 38 thousand cash, was put through way too much, was treated poorly, and nobody offered her anything to compensate her time and frustrations from this whole experience. She was given a printout of this review and was asked to have me delete this. I will not. I am very unhappy with my mother's experience, and to me this is still not corrected. I can still see and feel the dents and my mother was not offered anything for her troubles. Apologies were accepted but she should have been given something for both of our time and aggravation. Not just a dent guy doing his best to touch the dents up. Just to be clear, I am going to your corporate office. I have not decided yet if I will hire my lawyer. We will see what corporate does. Somebody best sent my mom some compensation for all of this trouble. That said, we will follow up again.

Here we are a year later. My mom went back to this place for her service on her car. I was not happy with her for doing this and it won't happen again. I wish I had done more research and read these reviews before taking my mom to this place. I'm happy that some of you had a good experience, but as I read these reviews I see that we were not alone in our fraudulent experience with this dealership. I wish I could do it all over again but here we are, I can only make sure it never happens again from these people. For those of you interested, there are actually lawyers that handle dealership fraud. I talked to one and had a very strong case, but mom wanted to just let it go. Don't fall for that $1k dealer fee xx. They are trained to tell you they had to pay it as employees, but that too is xx. I have a close friend working at the other Toyota dealership who confirmed this is just another lie. 441 Toyota... corporate will be coming soon! I wrote several letters to them in different departments of my experience and others I see on here. A shame you have to cheat people to get a sale! Since they don't train you to know what a dealer certified, like new condition, extra clean car means... let me educate you on it here and now! It means the car shouldn't have any blemishes, scratches, dents, interior in perfect condition. Not 3 dents in the side! Tell you what??? Give my mom back that fake thousand dollar dealer fee, and I'll delete this like you asked me to. Up to now you haven't offered anything to make that happen.

My mother didn't listen. Took this car back for it's oil change and check up. Over $300 later. I'm so pissed I just need to stay away from this place so I don't get myself in trouble. Bunch of punk sales guys! If you are reading this I promise you, she will not be back!
