Every time I have my car serviced at this dealership there is a problem. Today I had a simple oil change and car wash. My car was brought around to the front of the dealership. It sat there for about 20 there is a problem. Today I had a simple oil change and car wash. My car was brought around to the front of the dealership. It sat there for about 20 minutes. I went inside to ask a rep if my car was ready and so at that point she did my paperwork. I had a free oil change coupon that had no expiration date on it and it was NOT honored. So I had to pay the $45 fee that I was not anticipating to pay. My car was poorly washed. The tire shine was not evenly distributed, the windows were not clean and the car was just overall not clean. I go to this dealership because it is closer to me, however, if EVERY time I come here it's a problem I might as well have my car serviced at another dealership like Priority. If I ever buy another Acura it will definitely be from Priority. You automatically get free oil changes and the salesmen will pick your car up, have the car serviced and then return it to you. They are all about customer service. So I would not recommend getting any vehicle serviced here. Also, there is a high turnover rate at this dealership with all of the employees. There have been several service managers within 4 years. I have purchased two vehicles from two different sales people and neither of the two are there. I think this speaks volumes about how the company treats its employees and customers. More

This dealership always disappoints in the area of customer service. My experience buying my car was a nightmare. The sales person, Andre, and manager were very pushy and aggressive. If I ever purchase another Acura it will be with Priority. They offer so much more when buying a car and they exemplify customer service. More

Daniel definitely took care of me from the time I entered the dealership and even after I left. He called me back to make sure the car was running properly and asked if there was anything else he could do fo the dealership and even after I left. May I say my rating of Hall Acura on 09-10-09 included some "operator error" on my part. The Ratings for Hall should have been FIVES across the board. NOT fours. I come to Hall Acura for all of my service needs. I have an 06 RL and a 98 Lexus that I have serviced there on a regular basis. Daniel Rollins is my team advisor and he is always friendly and polite. I come in for service all the time, this last experience was by far the best. I usually deal with Mike, but he no longer works there. Ronald Lamb is my new service advisor, and he did a great job. Normally when I come in I have to wait for my car, but this time I was offered a loaner vehicle to run to some stores. While Ronald was helping me, the other advisor Daniel helped him through the process. They showed a great display of teamwork and effort to treat me right! This is what I call "Top Notch Service" definetly something you would expect from an Acura dealership. More
