They had my car for an entire day for a factory re-call for parking assist. After having the car for the full day they still could not get it programed! Therefore, the parking assist still does not work for parking assist. After having the car for the full day they still could not get it programed! Therefore, the parking assist still does not work - so what good did it do to have installed!! I was told the next time I was in for my oil change they would attempt to try again. Bad, bad ethics! This is not the first time I have been totally dis-satisfied with this service department or this dealership as a whole. But as far as this service dept., it is definitely old and outdated unlike so many other dealerships in our area. The next time I go to buy a Buick, I will be going to another dealership that has a much more sufficient and welcoming service dept. I have always had my cars serviced at the dealership I purchased them from but this one is at the bottom of the list!! I will probably be going to the GM dealership down the street for the remainder of my service visits. More
