I arrived at 8:30 for my scheduled 39 minute oil change. I was told it would be later than 39 minutes I said I take regular oil. I was told because it was a Jaguar the had to wait for a oil filter. After 2 More

Todd attempted to tell me based on your books what type of oil was required in my 2005 Jaguar S-type citing synthetic oil was what his manual called for.I told him to call checkered flag Jaguar where my previous oil change was completed and also the owners manual specifies regular oil.I guess the customer is never right at Hall Chevrolet Chesapeake. Even jiffy lube ask what oil you prefer.I was rudely informed in I brought my Jaguar back they would use synthetic oil because their manual calls for it.I will not be back since I am not allowed a say in how my car is cared for. Thanks for your special care to a disabled Veteran AKA Wolf 63.
