In the face of Covid 19, life goes on. I was thrilled that the service department was open as my inspection had expired and I was over due for an oil change. Checking in was “safe” and simple. I was most excited when I entered the waiting room and the tables and seating areas were a minimum of six feet apart. Kudos to Hall Chevrolet, Ray and the rest of the team!!! More

I bought my vehicle for an engine light issue about a month or so ago. Last week i got a call saying it was fixed. Today i went to pick it up and they said my battery dead and it wont start and it will c month or so ago. Last week i got a call saying it was fixed. Today i went to pick it up and they said my battery dead and it wont start and it will cost me 300. They told me they would charge the battery and see if it works. Long story short i was told it was completely dead and would need a new one. I called my insurance and they jumped it with a jump box. Long story short the service tech lied to me about charging my battery and tried to get me to pay for a new one instead. When i got to the car the keys and all the lights inside the car still work. These people are some lying theves and just try to get u to pay more than what u went there for. This is the third time this has happened to me at this dealership. I wouldnt recommend this dealer for services. More
