Excellent car service with customer service to match I brought my 2010 Camaro in for service for an oil change, a gasket replacement I was told about existed on a previous oil change as well as diagnosin I brought my 2010 Camaro in for service for an oil change, a gasket replacement I was told about existed on a previous oil change as well as diagnosing a check engine light. Mr Vespoli helped me with excellent customer service answering all my questions while setting me up with a curtesy vehicle to use while my car was in the shop. When I received a call about when my car would be available to pick up, Mr Vespoli also gave me a detailed report about what repairs were completed and any cautions to continue to look for in the future. Very good I called the day before my service to confirm that I still had one more free oil change. I was told by the representative that I did. When I arrived I I called the day before my service to confirm that I still had one more free oil change. I was told by the representative that I did. When I arrived I tried to confirm this, but was told I was not informed correctly. I had to get a warranty item repaired anyway, but told them to not worry about the service. The service manager came to me while I was waiting and told me he listened to the call. He offered to give me the service for free which restored my confidence in the dealership. Expedited service that went way above and beyond. Stephen went above above and beyond to get s part in same day and have it placed so my car was ready.
