Stated that she would contact me Monday after talking to her Saturday about the jeep that was in Virginia Beach. Was not contacted by her on Monday. Was contacted by another sales person late Monday evening her Saturday about the jeep that was in Virginia Beach. Was not contacted by her on Monday. Was contacted by another sales person late Monday evening about that jeep at there sister store in Virginia Beach and quoted them a price and was told they would get back to me. Found out today after responding to a how was my sales person doing email and receiving a phone call from another sales person that the jeep they said was in Virginia Beach there sister store was actually in Pennsylvania even though the website does not state that. He argued with me that it does i went back to look and it does not state the location. They also did not tell me about the recall on manusl transmissions that they currently have for jeep wranglers and jeep gladiators. This is a classic sign of bate and switch do not use them. I wold give them zero stars if I could. They don't care about you or the truth. More

Megan Taylor in the service department kept me updated thru the entire process via text and phone. Even though I have an older model Jeep with over 42,500 miles the service department made me feel like th thru the entire process via text and phone.
