I was not fully satisfied with the customer service. This was a simple oil change but when I was getting ready to pay, I noticed that they had put 6 quartz of oil in my car instead of the 5 (like it normally was a simple oil change but when I was getting ready to pay, I noticed that they had put 6 quartz of oil in my car instead of the 5 (like it normally requires). Of course this would mean that I would be charged more money (extra quart). So if I hadn't said anything it definitely appeared as if I was going to pay more than I needed to for an oil change. Also the cashier was a very unfriendly person who never once looked at me during the incident and no one apologized for the error which I caught. More

You left my oil cap off of the top, and oil splashed everywhere and made my car smell like oil and burn oil into my cabin. Was always kept in formed with on the status of the vehicle, with no surprises on the bill. Plenty of room in the waiting area for up to 15 people.
