Problems not fixed I took my Jeep there while still under warranty. There was a squeal in the rear and also a squeal when the e-brake engages and disengages. For the squ I took my Jeep there while still under warranty. There was a squeal in the rear and also a squeal when the e-brake engages and disengages. For the squeal in the rear they replaced the driveshaft but the part for the e-brake was on national back order so it wasn't fixed. The squeal went away for about a week and came back. I took it back to get checked out. I had to ride with the service manager and he told me he couldn't hear anything even though it was clearly there. The service person who wrote the service ticket took a ride and was able to hear it. They ended up replacing the passenger side wheel bearing. The part for the e-brake was still on back order so not fixed. Again after a week the squeal came back and the check engine light came on. Took the car in for the light and they replaced a sensor in the engine. The squeal was not fixed. A couple days later the check engine light came back on. Took it back in and they replaced a part. Asked about the e-brake part, still on back order and the squeal in the rear of the vehicle is still there. The jeep is a 2015 purchased brand new and only has around 28K miles. It seems that the problems are not getting fixed at this service department. I guess I will have to find somewhere else to take it. More
