Took 4 weeks for me to get my car back. I understand that it takes a while for parts to get ordered or the warranty to get approved, but i should have been given the opportunity to collect I understand that it takes a while for parts to get ordered or the warranty to get approved, but i should have been given the opportunity to collect it til it was able to get worked on. Also when I went to retrieve it, I wasn't even offered a complimentary car wash or vacuuming for the inconvenience. After I got it home, I realized the oil change i also asked for wasn't done. I brought my car in for a battery change. I feel like the price was ridiculously high to replace a battery. If you could pass this information on, for people who have aftermarket radios, there's a program in the radio called maestro that pulls all of the original Uconnect jeep settings over and you adjust it through that button. My Jeep was returned to me with the odometer flashing, and all of the settings were in kilometers and Celsius. They really should've checked with me to see if that's how it was prior to bring it in before returning it to me and it would've saved me an additional trip back to the service department. Jorge was extremely helpful and tried his best to help resolve the problem, but I just don't think they were familiar with aftermarket radios, and how to get the settings back. I ended up having to go back to The shop who installed my aftermarket radio, and he fixed it within a couple of minutes and showed me how to navigate the settings through the radio. Anyways, remember Maestro. That's the magic button you push to change the settings on an aftermarket radio. More

I arrived right at my scheduled appointment time (3:30 PM), and the vehicle was ready in under 30 minutes—even though and the service was fantastic. While my first experience with the service department was disappointing, the dealership leadership team truly went above and beyond once they became aware of the issues. General Manager Hank Ayaad and Sales Manager Josh Tyson took immediate action to ensure I was taken care of — ultimately replacing my original vehicle with a brand-new RAM 1500. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing what’s right completely turned the situation around. Additionally, Syed “Akbar” Hussain provided excellent support during the delivery of the replacement vehicle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Since the replacement, the dealership has continued to provide great support. Most recently, Hank and Josh coordinated a last-minute installation of a pull-down step, which was completed quickly and without delay — another example of their dedication to customer satisfaction. In short, while my initial experience with the service department was frustrating, the resolution was exceptional. I arrived yesterday after a very long day at work, already frustrated, and the computer for the finance application wasn’t working correctly so I was having a time getting started. Despite that, the entire sales team that was there with us, Josh Tyson, Dominic Bennett, Hank and our sales assoc Will, were all going above and beyond to ensure we got everything taken care of, all while making jokes, keeping the energy up and just trying to bring up my obviously bad mood. (it worked). The sales experience was great, start to finish, and Hank was right there alongside his team working on anything he needed to. I was there for maybe a total of 2hrs start to finish, trade in and all, on a very busy end of month day. I was extremely impressed at the experience. More
