I didn't go to this time only because of their previous online booking issues, which is now fixed. I'm a retired mechanic, and I know how long this should take. I was also not given clear information on which side engine mount was found defective to prevent passing inspection either because after being told it was on the right side, there wasn't clarification whether the technician was viewing it from the driver seat or vehicle front as the right side looking from inside the cabin doesn't appear broken when I tested it at home, just as he had in the shop. I expected much better from a Southern dealership, and I don't, plan on using this particular Chrysler dealership again. More

I was sold a “new truck” to only find out it had the entire fuel system replaced by A PREVIOUS PURCHASER. Sales never told me and I’m having problems with the truck. Trying to contact someone to actually talk to was next to impossible. All numbers go to an automated system and trying to transfer to the department were unsuccessful. Left 2 messages in Monday, online contact form on Tuesday, but no return call or contact. Had to go to the dealer to talk to someone. Went in for service 2 days later and they said there was no problem. Reset the code and sent me in my way. Code returned in the morning. Had to go back in and they replaced the part they said was ok the day prior. All in all the staff were ok to deal with but I think the dealership as a whole needs some improvements in customer service. More

I was out of town and I had an electronic issue with my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 as I was heading home I called the dealership and they were able to give me an appointment the next day to diagnose the issue.
