200 dollars per diagnostics is literal theft from the consumer. The customer service rep i spoke with over the phone told me that the 200 fee would go back into any repairs that I moved forward with and consumer. This was on a recorded line. When I got the diagnostics I was told my engine might need to be replaced. What an absurd thing to say without actually knowing what is wrong with the car. I git this via text message which is also absurd. Call me and tell me about my vehicle. My engine was already replaced once and this scared the xxxx out of me. More
