I've been an exclusive customer of Southern Ford Service Dept for 13 years & hold their technical, coordinator, & leadership team in the highest regard. I had a problem with a prior Service Coordinator in A Dept for 13 years & hold their technical, coordinator, & leadership team in the highest regard. I had a problem with a prior Service Coordinator in April that caused some real issues. They reviewed the problem, sorted out a fair solution, & reaffirmed my confidence in saying they are next to none. Thank you Stephanie & Jeff for reaffirming why I won't get my Service anywhere else! Dealer service was prompt, courteous and convenient. The service associate asked if I was waiting for my vehicle or dropping it off.I asked how long would it take the service take. She indicated iff nothing was wrong 30 min., if a repair was needed then 3-4 hours. She arranged a ride for me. When my vehicle was ready I received a text notifying me an Uber was on the way to bring me back to the dealership to get it. More
