In my opinion, the service department of this dealership lacks an efficient system. I had scheduled an appointment for a recall repair on my 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E. They scheduled a follow-up appointment lacks an efficient system. I had scheduled an appointment for a recall repair on my 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E. They scheduled a follow-up appointment for the part replacement. On the day of the appointment, I waited for at least 15 minutes without any acknowledgement or communication from the staff. When I was finally attended to, I was advised that it would be preferable to leave my vehicle rather than wait. Before leaving, I sought assurance that the necessary part would be available. I was assured that the part was indeed available. I then took an Uber home at a cost of $22. Unfortunately, I received a call an hour later informing me that the part was not available. This resulted in additional expenses for my return trip. The experience was a waste of both time and money. Consequently, I will not be returning to this dealership for future services. More
