I dropped off my car at 3:00 and was told they would call me when it’s ready. I did not get a call. It is almost 7pm. I called and the AI agent said the service shop was closed. I come back to get my key and wait for someone from service to give me my key. Nobody is to be found. They are searching all over for him and they tell me “Ma’am I don’t know what to tell you. We don’t know where he is”. I continue to wait. Finally they find him. Whole time I’m sitting there thinking, they must’ve closed up shop and went home and abandoned my car. and this is my THIRD time coming back up here! More
