6 hours for an oil change. Car dropped off at 9:45 am and picked up 6 hours later so was late for work. Very good service was helpful as far as issues with my wife that was handicap got us in and out in about an hour and we were like 45 minutes late to our appointment, but it was very nice. I was very satisfied with Dee my service advisor, but when I got my brand new vehicle back, it stunk. Someone who drove my vehicle was smoking Marijuana that smells like skunk & that's not acceptable, so when I got my brand new vehicle back, it stunk.
