I came to this dealership bc Hyundai corp told me too to try and get my brand new 2024 palisade fixed bc my dealer I bought it from couldn’t. They tried and didn’t get it right and when I left the dealershi try and get my brand new 2024 palisade fixed bc my dealer I bought it from couldn’t. They tried and didn’t get it right and when I left the dealership and noticed it still wrong I turned around and went straight back. Just to be told if I wanted it back on the lift I had to pay. And she was just rude and unprofessional about it. Went back with Hyundai paying she the service again and it’s still wrong. It’s back to where I started and now dealing with Hyundai corp again. Never will I service or buy a car from a southern dealership. This is twice now two different southern dealerships have been rude and unprofessional and they will never get my business or my families as well drive Hyundai and kia and trade every 2 years. They lost a huge deal with poor customer service More

My wife and I found Jimmy helpful. Our visit to the dealership for a charging issue for the phone. He was very patient,and advised us what to do,the problem was solved. While he worked on the phone with my wife,I went inside and noticed the venue. When he was finished, I inquire Ed about the vehicle,he was once again very helpful,so much that we purchased the venue. He took us through the paperwork process, and everything went well. The whole experience was great. More
