To start the day I had an appointment at 3 o'clock to have my oil changed and removed. I do not leave till after 5:30 when I asked about it, she said anybody who choses to wait should expect at least a t have my oil changed and removed. I got ready to leave her only words were this is this is what you owe and I want her to go over what the tech found. I would know what if I need to have anything done she chose not to do that said you owe me $104 And then when I asked where my car was, she disgusting. It was outside in line. I than asked her how to solve a problem I had with Hyundai and she was arrogant with a no correction answer. I have been in many dealership because I worked retired from GM and I have never seen a customer treated the the way I have and that includes over 120 franchises More
