They do not respect their customers time. They had my car for 3 days. I called them multiple times each day and received no call back and no updates on my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment to have a part replaced. I arrived and sat at the dealership for over two hours. After that wait, I was told that the only person who has the ability to replace the part was I arrived and sat at the dealership for over two hours. After that wait, I was told that the only person who has the ability to replace the part was not in, and no one in the service department felt comfortable doing the work. That time cannot be recovered. There is no reasonable explanation for not knowing in advance that the only staff member capable of performing the service would not be present. I should have been contacted the day before or informed when I arrived, not left waiting for hours only to be told the service could not be done. The part was handed back to me in the box it came in and placed in the back of my car. While I was given a $100 credit, no accommodation was made to actually resolve the issue. No alternative plan was offered. I was simply told to consider going to a tint shop. This was the most bizarre and poorly managed experience I have had at a dealership, including at this location. It was deeply disappointing and reflects a breakdown in communication, coordination, and basic respect for a customer’s time. More
Needed a regular service and informed about a tire leak I received my vehicle back with the following invoice oil change tire rotation and air filter change however when returned back to me they informed me received my vehicle back with the following invoice oil change tire rotation and air filter change however when returned back to me they informed me that there was no leak and they did the following however driving the car off the lot the same front right tire was still leaking informing me that they didn't find/fix the leak nor rotated the tires More
