I scheduled a service online and was quoted a huge price difference when I arrived at my appointment, which turned me off and forced me to get an oil change and tire rotation only. I don’t think it’s good customer service to not know what service has already been performed when all of your maintenance has been done at this establishment. I paid for a tire rotation but I’m convinced that was not done. Just a rip off and not good customer service at all! More

This group of staff in the service department that worked with me on Thursday was a big improvement compared to the group I dealt with previously before last week's visit. Everyone was courteous, friendly and prompt. I used to dread having to go to this dealership because the interactions with the staff had not been pleasant. But now It seems to be better organized and the people working there care about giving the best service possible. More
