I've bought 4 cars from Mike Saab so it's been a good experience. I wish they negotiated a little more but happy overall experience. I wish they negotiated a little more but happy overall More
A little dry, but they always get the job done. Very fast for what I need. I enjoy sitting in the waiting room with free snacks and drinks. The area is kept clean and tidy. Very fast for what I need. The service was just ok. There were donuts donated for snacks. But no napkins to eat them with. Had to request. Also, the seating/waiting area, was practically full. My dri There were donuts donated for snacks. But no napkins to eat them with. Had to request. Also, the seating/waiting area, was practically full. My driver’s seat was adjusted, but not returned to my original seating position- seat distance from pedals. After 15 years living in the RoK (Republic of Korea), driving 2 Hyundai’s and having had one prior to moving to Korea, I am familiar with Hyundai cars and the company. Hands down, the Blue Hands Service centers in Korea were extremely professional, friendly, very helpful and accommodating . The waiting areas were comfortable to wait in, the service was very good. I was ALWAYS treated with utmost respect, 1000% effort made to satisfy my needs as a Hyundai vehicle owner/customer. Perhaps some on-site observation or Korean hands-on training, or REVIEW OF BUSINESS ETIQUETTE is necessary to instill Korean-style professionalism in the dealership ‘s employees. I spoke with other customers in the waiting room as well and learned about their likewise /similar DISSATISFACTION with the Hyundai service at Southern Hyundai. This may be a harsh review. I would like people to treat me the way they would expect to be treated if they went to a car dealership for say a Mercedes Benz or a Porsche. Satisfied customers will introduce more people to the company if they feel valued and important. Otherwise, when they replace their car, they will look for a different brand of car, with better service etiquette from heir dealer. I expect more from Hyundai. Why are there only male reps there? No females working? More
