Put wrong mileage on oil change sticker and spilled oil in engine compartment during maintenance. Waited all day for oil change and inspection. What’s the point of having an app that informs you of maintenance if dealership don’t follow guidelines? The app also has a notification button for maintenance request but no one follows up with customer. Seems like customer is left with little service help. I spent lots of money for a 4 year/mileage full warranty with this dealer and have received no help or confirmation on what that covers. Any help would be great.
