I have been dealing with Southern States Subaru for a considerable amount of time. I never had a problem with this dealership or the people who work there. Randy Martin was an exceptional salesman. Put a deposit on a car, showed up to complete the process and that car wasn't actually there, I was left with one option that had a front license plate I didn't want to have. I wasn't told that the car I'd p and that car wasn't actually there, I was left with one option that had a front license plate I didn't want to have. I wasn't told that the car I'd put a deposit on was no longer available before I had a friend drive me 1 1/2 hours to the dealership, and the switch was initially treated like it didn't matter despite differences in the vehicles. Also I had a hitch installed that was supposed to have a wiring harness, it didn't, and today was day 3 with no information about how that's going to get corrected, which will mean another 1 1/2 hour drive to Raleigh. I visited twice, unannounced, and felt the other two salesmen were sub-par. I called and asked to work with someone more knowledgeable and they referred me to Terry, who was one of the main reasons I pu salesmen were sub-par.
