Called sales manager there and he told me they were retracting their offer from the table since I was such a "smart shopper". Came to First Team and was treated extremely fair and I felt so welcomed and the salesman took the time to search and find me the right car I bought 2 from him and plan on buying a 3rd one from First Team tomorrow. I was very impressed at the commitment and professionalism of Horatio and Renee. I was especially impressed that David Dillon (First Team President and General Manager) was out on the grounds making sure that everyone was being thoroughly helped and satisfied. We got an overview from David and he was quick to answer our questions and was knowledgeable of his dealership. That impressed me as usually the president does not generally interact with customers. The leadership and help I received, along with a bunch of great incentives that I could not refuse, convinced me to purchase my new vehicle at First Team. More
