I drove my car in for an oil change.
They did the service work and also told me what I needed to get done. Everyone was pleasant but it took a few hours to complete.

Went to get a recall part replaced, sat for close to an
hour and found out they were out of the part. This is after I scheduled the appt. With my service advisor. My service experience has been terrible.
