Very disappointed in the quality of service since purchasing our two vehicles. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at your establishment and are told we have significant repairs needed every time we com purchasing our two vehicles. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at your establishment and are told we have significant repairs needed every time we come in for service, including a head gasket needed for a 2020 vehicle. We received a second opinion from another mechanic and none of the issues we were provided in our last service are not even accurate. Hate feeling like we are being taken advantage of when we’ve been loyal customers for over 6 years. More

On one item, brake pads, we were beyond the time limit but below on the mileage, and he put in a waiver request which was subsequently granted. I need to wait for the service due to the distance from my home, and he gives me priority times and expedited maintenance. More
