My name is Henry L. Cook and I have a 2008 KIA with 263,009 miles and a few years back I have to have my ignition switch replaced a few years back and was given a key ring with numbers to gt a new key 263,009 miles and a few years back I have to have my ignition switch replaced a few years back and was given a key ring with numbers to gt a new key when it is required. I lost one one while moving and the other broke. A locksmith made me two with the broken key, but it took 2 to 3 minutes at times to start my car. I went to Southwest KIA in Mesquite and was told to go to a locksmith as they had no idea of the numbers on the key tag meant. I went to Southwest KIA of Dallas of Hampton Road and ask for help from George Malagon who assisted me to the best of his ability and them looked for other who might be able to help me. He went to parts and the service technicians and finally to his boss, Daniel Stimson. They treated me with the upmost respect and engaged me about my problem until I was able to finally get a key made. These two gentlemen exemplify the true meaning of complete customer service and I will forever be a walking advertisement for Southwest KIA of Dallas. If the remainder of the staff is anywhere close to their definition of service customer service all customers will come away with a smile and become part of the Southwest KIA fan club.
