Robbed I arrived at the dealership around 2 was there till 7. During this time I was shown a car in the color I wanted but was a demo car w/5k miles. The I arrived at the dealership around 2 was there till 7. During this time I was shown a car in the color I wanted but was a demo car w/5k miles. Then was told the bank would not finance because the motor was made in 2016 not the year of car 2017 and I would need to buy 2018. The general manager of this location came over and introduce his self and told me our sales person was bringing up a white car. I said sir , but I want a green one. Then he proceeded to tell me they did not make i2018 in green. I told him but I saw green cars when I drove in the front. Then he said they were not 2018. When he went back to his desk I walk out to the front and there was 5 green 2018 Kia souls as I asked for. Either this general manager did not tell the truth or should not be working sales of cars if you do not know what you have you store to sell. Then how do you take a base Kia 22k and promised promo off the price and when sales is done with contract, you are paying over 35k. Who is really getting promos? Well not the customer. The was only getting Bluetooth. No back up camera no gps no leather seats. Oh I almost forgot only 3 moths free not a year of Sirius More
