I walked in to this location on 12/23/2017 to trade in my 2009 Honda accord. I did not have a specific car in mind. I just wanted the 250 down and the 250 month. I still owed about 4,000 on my Honda. The sales rep I was working with was amazing she helped me the whole time and kept me company while they worked on my price rage since I had a budget I wanted to stay in. I ended up leaving that day came back on 12/26/2017 and looked at some more cars while the same sales rep helped me she never stopped working on my case. on 01/01/2018 I signed a deal for a brand new Kia Forta with 71 miles I could not be happier with my choice. My sales rep was Marcy Espiricueta SERIOUSLY love this girl the best service I have ever had at a dealership. More

My 2013 Kia Sorento Service Experience About mid-day on a Friday, I brought my 2013 Kia Sorento SX V6 in for warranty service and an overall check-up. Ms. Stallings cordially greeted me. About mid-day on a Friday, I brought my 2013 Kia Sorento SX V6 in for warranty service and an overall check-up. Ms. Stallings cordially greeted me. She looked up the vehicle history, she processed any pending vehicle recalls (there were 3 pending recalls), and finally she inquired about any issues that I may be concerned about. She said that she would have a service technician examine the vehicle, and then she would give me a follow-up phone call before the end of the day. She asked if I needed a ride (which I did not need, because my son met me at the Kia dealership). I told her that Kia could take their time servicing our vehicle, since I was on vacation for the next two weeks. A few hours later I received her phone call. She provided me with a estimated date when the service would be complete. When the service was completed, I received a phone call from Ms. Stallings. She asked if I needed a ride to the dealership (which I did not need, because my son took me). Our very clean vehicle was waiting when I arrived, Again, Ms. Stallings cordially greeted me, and she went over the details of the service work that was performed. When I asked how much I owed, she said everything was covered by the Kia factory warranty. . It was a fantastic experience. Thank You Ms. Stallings! Thank You Southwest Kia! More
