I purchased a 2021 Kia Sportage on 4/22/2025. I have yet to receive my tags/plates from the dealership. On my first call I was told there was a lien on my vehicle that had to be paid before I c I have yet to receive my tags/plates from the dealership. I requested several times to talk to the General Manage, he is never there and I always got sent to the Sales Department. I was told that it was in the works and could take a week or more to get them. I continued to call always getting the same answer. When my paper tag expired, I called and went through the same scenario; where are my tags, can I get another paper tag. I sent in a copy of my insurance and waited for the updated paper tags. I called again 2 weeks ago, I was told I would get a new paper plate within a few days, because the DMV was so backed-up there was a longer wait. I waited a week no tags. When I called back, I ended up talking to the Finance Department, and was told that they could not send out new paper tag, they had to go to the DMV and request them. I was told they would go Friday, July 11th and overnight the tag to me. Still no paper tag. I finally called the DMV myself. The dealership has 30 days to file the paperwork for the new owner to be reassigned registration. Rockwall Kia has not filed any paperwork with the DMV for my vehicle. I called Rockwall Kia again, got the same run-a-round and was told that I would get a call back from a suppose Sales Manager. No call that afternoon or this morning to follow up. I am a Senior Citizen and need my car for doctor appointments and worry I will get a ticket. I don’t understand to just out and out lie to the customer, horrible customer service. Do I need a lawyer?? More
Sakes process was good but finance pressured me to take service warrant. I said no multiple times finally agreed. Didn’t get paperwork until a week later and it was not as presented so I cancelled that par service warrant. I said no multiple times finally agreed. Warranty company still hasn’t gotten corrected paperwork so I cancelled get the $2100 taken off contract, it’s been over a month. Left several messages and email but no response. Follow up service is terrible. More

This dealership is a scam! I purchased a car there. Took me two days to get my paperwork only to find out that they are selling an $18,000 For $32,000! Yes, they are charging me $32,000 for this vehicle for my daughter. It’s absolutely disgusting what they’ve done! I’m so tempted to get an attorney. I’m filing a complaint with the corporate office someone needs needs to look into the disgusting behavior that’s going on at this dealership! These guys are gross! They purposely refuse to give me my paperwork so that I couldn’t dispute anything and they purposely waited two days before they provided me any documentation. I should have pitched a fit. I should’ve demanded paperwork in my face that day. But they scammed me. They scammed me into signing everything electronically and they scammed me out of $12,000! I purchased a car in August from the Ford dealership in Greenville with absolutely zero issues whatsoever. I should’ve went through my credit union this Time! Never again! I will never purchase a car from a dealership ever again! They know what they’ve done. They know their liars they know their cheaters and they know their scammers! They know! More

Tyler, leading the parts and service department, was very helpful when I had questions regarding services included within my purchase, and took the time to explain everything in depth to my level of understanding. They’re doing an amazing job from what I’ve seen thus far! Will definitely continue to utilize this dealership for not only service on my recently purchased K5, but also for future purchases as well. I've been looking for an EV9 for about a year and kept coming up against not being able to fit it into my budget. Finally, Rockwall Kia, specifically Malena and David, were able to find an option that wou coming up against not being able to fit it into my budget. Finally, Rockwall Kia, specifically Malena and David, were able to find an option that would work! We live about 4 hours away, and during that time they found solutions for every obstacle every step of the way, including getting us a charger adapter for our drive home. We are THRILLED, amd the whole ride home in our new car (which felt like floating a spaceship down the highway) was surreal. We're looking forward to many happy years in our family's new vehicle. I have been dealing with Southwest Kia since 2016. They seem to be better than all the many previous dealer ships that I have dealt with. I bought 2 Kias from them. Brock Bhatti was good service reps. 2 years ago they did keep my Kia for 6 weeks after 2 tow-ins. They had a problem diagnosing the problem.They gave me a loaner car. Their service reps are always courteous and helpful. I would give Southest Kia of Rockwall Texas 4 stars. More
