Second time I scheduled an appointment and get there and they have no record. It is frustrating and a total inconvenience. Then to be told, I am the one causing a problem. Crazy, crazy! It is unfortunate th they have no record. It is frustrating and a total inconvenience. Then to be told, I am the one causing a problem. Crazy, crazy! It is unfortunate that not 1 time in which I have brought my business to Spirit service center, no one there has said THANK YOU! I have definitely said it, believing that maybe one of them would say, no, thank you. There is nothing special about using their service department, except they are the closest. But, I will return and double check before I go, that I actually have an appointment. More

I had a great experience at Spirit, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram especially thanks to Fred in sales and Angelo in finance. Fred was fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made sure I foun Jeep, Ram especially thanks to Fred in sales and Angelo in finance. Fred was fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made sure I found the right vehicle for my needs and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. When it came time for financing, I was a little hesitant and as this was my first time doing a lease so I had a lot of questions. Angelo was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. When I still needed a little more reassurance, the finance manager also stepped in to walk me through the details, which I really appreciated. Everyone was professional, understanding, and made sure I felt confident with my decision. Highly recommend working with Fred and Angelo! More
