The 3% up charge for use of credit card was not clearly stated on check-in or when called for pickup. And, when I decided to use cash, there was no cashier on duty. We only had an inspection; what if we had a lot of work done, and didn’t know to bring cash/check to avoid the upcharge. Take a look at this policy, reconsider the up charge, or clean up the process and communication. More
