I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent service visit. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. I also requested a transmission fluid flush and a transmission filter service visit. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. I also requested a transmission fluid flush and a transmission filter replacement. Initially, the service advisor informed me multiple times that my vehicle does not have a transmission filter. However, after I asked her to double-check with someone more knowledgeable, she later confirmed that the transmission does in fact have a filter. I ended up proceeding with the services and paid nearly $850. While I appreciate the work completed, I was disappointed with the initial misinformation. As a returning customer who brings in regular business, I believe this situation could have been handled more professionally. Disappointing experience marked by rigid 'no combined coupon' policies and an outdated 3% credit card surcharge. Most concerning was the lack of QC; I was cleared to leave with a non-functioning TPMS sen coupon' policies and an outdated 3% credit card surcharge.
