My Review Of Spitzer Chevrolet North Canton:

WARNING: STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!

This dealership is totally not customer-service oriented. Called about a car that was posted without pictures on Monday to request overall pics of condition. Took 2 days to get 2 pics of a tire and a backseat. 3 easy words "CELL PHONE" and "EMAIL"

Since I was out of town (2 hours away), made arrangements to look at it on Thursday, since Monday and Thursday are the only days they'll stay late.

And you can guess where this is going... after seeing the pics on Wednesday, I offered to put a deposit down over the phone. I was told their policy is not to accept deposits over the phone (really?!).

Come to find out they were trying to sell (or pawn )the car off to someone with a low beacon score (really?!), but they'd call me if deal wasnt going to go through.

Then, email says, deal went south, I'm pulling car around back ... see you Thursday (really? did you pull it around back?)

Then, an hour later, Sorry, car is sold.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP - ESPECIALLY OVER THE NET.

My Review Of Spitzer Chevrolet North Canton:

I had a pleasant sales experience a year ago when I purchased my used vehicle, they all seemed to be attentive when I was willing to spend thousands of dollare.
After one year and extended warranty issues I decided to visit the dealer again in an attempt to resolve the issues. Once again, while I was present, they were very attentive and appeared to "want to resolve the issue" but then after 3 hours of waiting, I had to leave and my issues appear to be "out of sight, out of mind". I had to make several return phone calls just to get what I was asking for and promised while I was in the showroom. This has been an eye opening experience and I will never be a repeat customer for any Spitzer dealership. This one experience has ruined my taste for the whole spitzer family unfortunately.

Dave did a fantastic job helping me buy my most recent vehicle. He took into consideration the amount of miles I'd be driving, the price range I was looking at and the type of vehicle I was looking for.

I was treated in a professional / friedly manner by Dave and everyone I met with a Spitzer's.

I will (and have) recommended Dave Miller to my friends and family.

My Review Of Spitzer Chevrolet North Canton:

i was very unhappy with the service and the quality of the 2012 chevy camaro.after having it only two day and the service engine light came on and the mass airflow sencer was out and now it has developed a clunking sound from the transmisson or rear end.the dealer heard it and had me bring it in for service and they cant find the problem so they told gm that the car was fine and that i should turn up the radio so i dont hear it.needless to say i will not buy another car from spitzer or another chevy/gm product again.not to mention i bought 2 new cars in 2 weeks from spitzer2012 cruze and 2012 camaro,i think i am a ford fan now and i have never owned one.i think they wont mind my bussiness

My car buying experience at Spitzer Chevrolet North Canton was excellent. I was a first time car buyer and was unsure of what to expect. Both employees, Kimberly and Ted, took their time with me and explained everything. Kimberly kept in close contact with me after I initial looked at the car. I really appreciated the time she took to do that. I feel that I ended up with a great car at a fantastic price. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family in the future! My Review Of Spitzer Chevrolet North Canton:

From the very beginning of our visit at Spitzer we were treated very well. Dave was very helpful with us as we looked at and test drove Impala's. He answered all our questions, and was very knowledgable about their products. He introduced us to Kevin Spitzer, who took the time with us to answer our questions also. We were treated like family and would definately recommend and purchase there again.

My Review Of Spitzer Chevrolet North Canton:

My sales rep Dave Miller went above and beyond his duty as a sales person at Spitzer Chevy in North Canton. My father recommended Dave Miller as sales person to deal with there and his follow up before the sale and after needs to be commended (he is a huge asset to the dealership). I was not ready to buy and was just looking at the time and his patience with me was very much appreciated (no high pressure sales here). He is very friendly and courteous to my family (the kids love going thru the car wash with him and the popcorn). I will definitely recommend Dave Miller and Kevin Spitzer's dealership to all my friends and relatives it was a pleasure doing business with them.
