My Review Of Spitzer Chevrolet North Canton:
WARNING: STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!
This dealership is totally not customer-service oriented. Called about a car that was posted without pictures on Monday to request overall pics of condition. Took 2 days to get 2 pics of a tire and a backseat. 3 easy words "CELL PHONE" and "EMAIL"
Since I was out of town (2 hours away), made arrangements to look at it on Thursday, since Monday and Thursday are the only days they'll stay late.
And you can guess where this is going... after seeing the pics on Wednesday, I offered to put a deposit down over the phone. I was told their policy is not to accept deposits over the phone (really?!).
Come to find out they were trying to sell (or pawn )the car off to someone with a low beacon score (really?!), but they'd call me if deal wasnt going to go through.
Then, email says, deal went south, I'm pulling car around back ... see you Thursday (really? did you pull it around back?)
Then, an hour later, Sorry, car is sold.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP - ESPECIALLY OVER THE NET.
