Bought the vehicle on a Friday. On the drive home discovered a grinding noise from the wheels. Took the vehicle in for service and they replaced the pads and rotors at no charge. The explorer went in a blown transmission and a passenger side heater core. No appointment due to the transmission going out, but it took all but a month to get it repaired. No courtesy car available, but we side heater core. No appointment due to the transmission going out, but it took all but a month to get it repaired. No courtesy car available, but we were first on the list which never came around. Plus I was told 4 different times when the car was going in the shop, finally on the fourth time it went in. More
