Truck had so many issues when I bought it. I will never recommend Spitzer to anyone I know. Sierra never gets back with you. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Brandon informed me that they couldn't do the tire rotation because my lug nuts were swelled. I've never heard of such a thing. He did say that the l Brandon informed me that they couldn't do the tire rotation because my lug nuts were swelled. I've never heard of such a thing. He did say that the lug nuts were under warranty. Brandon said that they had to get the lug nuts ordered and I could bring it in anytime. The price for the oil change approximately $95 was ridiculous. I typically take my vehicle to Klaben in Kent And work with Joe. Joe always takes care of me. And when my bill is due he always checks my forward cash and I typically apply that to it. Brandon didn't do any of that. His main concern was getting me out of there because it was the end of the day. I'll never go back there again. More

Brandon was able to check into a TPS sensor for me and see if my warranty would cover it.
