Okay let me start by saying this dealership sucks, with a captial "S". I bought a 2012 forte, and every time I bring my car down there I get nothing but trouble. There customer service is awful, they are very negative minded. What really threw me over the edge was yesterday when I brought my car is for the free washes they offer, and my trunk lid was scratched. The man as negative minded as he was fixed it. However, I noticed more "dings" on the car. The service manager came out, and said The car was doesn't scratch the car. He is assured of this only on his fourth day there. I am never bringing my car back to Sptizer they CANNOT be trusted. I will be taking it to another dealership. I will NEVER EVER buy another Kia product again. Very Unhappy customer. More
Sales person was excellent. He was respectful, kind, helpful and polite. On the other hand, the manager was quite the oposite. He sat behind his desk, never came out to speak with me and finally took an helpful and polite. On the other hand, the manager was quite the oposite. I will NEVER deal with Spitzer for either a New or Used car again due to this incident. More
Back in Sept. I was in a car accident, and need to look for a new car, my uncle recommended Spitzer Kia, I went there to look, I was greeted by Ted Sawicki, he was kind, fair, and honest with me. A few weeks later after everything was settled with the accident, I went back to buy a Kia Soul, had no problem sat down we worked on a price that I would agree to, and the next day I picked up my new Soul. I just took my Kia in for it first scheduled maintains, had no problems. I would recommend Spitzer Kia. More
This was my 4th Spitzer purchase - my first Spitzer KIA. The process was made easy for me. I'd done my online research and had visited the car show so I knew what I wanted. Mark greeted me as I walked in, simply asked if he could help and I told him what I was looking for. Never once did he or anyone else try to change my mind or steer me in another direction. Rather, the test drive, papers, financing etc. were faciliated to make it easy and fast. I even called to pick up the car early as my work schedule had changed. Everything was moved up and made ready. Nice job guys! More
I would like to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free sales experience when shopping for a new car. He even called my insurance company to switch my coverage from my trade-in to my new Kia Soul. Rob, the finance manager was great as well. He explained all of the paperwork and answered all my questions without acting rushed or annoyed. Before leaving with my new vehicle, I was given a tour of the dealership and introduced to the service manager who was also extremely friendly. I can't say enough about the great experience I had buying my new Kia Soul. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend Spitzer Kia to anyone looking for a car! More

So I bought my car June 30. Starting on July 1 the calls started. It seemed like ever other day they were calling me because something was wrong with the paperwork or they put the wrong VIN on the paperwork started. That lasted for several weeks. I thought the harassment was over. Today I got a call from Tammy telling me that she needed my VIN. I brought my car to Spitzer after work so they could get the VIN but they had no record of anyone needing my VIN. Once again they have lived not disappointed there reputation. :-( And regarding the question that follows this survey "Would you trust the integrity of a consumer review if you knew it was written in the dealership's showroom?" Absolutely not. My experience with Spitzer has been that they coerce you to make a good review even telling you the website to go to www.dealerrater.com telling you that you really need to give them a good review because they got a bad one from a "crazy lady". Additionally, you're euphoric from just getting a car so you're not really seeing things clearly. More
Being a female and car hunting alone is not the funnest experience. So I knew exactly what I wanted when I went to Kia. When I arrived I was meet by Ted. Even though I had researched the car already Ted showed me the exact car I wanted and explained all of the different features. He was very friendly and informative. So when we went to talk about the price I knew exactly what I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade in. When Ted took this information back to Dave the Sales Manager, Dave came out and sat with us and talked it over. I find it so annoying when the Sales Consultant has to keep running back to his manager, this didn't happen at Kia. I thought it was great that Dave came out and worked with us. The experience of buying a car was made less stressful by both Ted and Dave! Ted went above and beyond to make this a great experience. He even cleaned my license plates before putting them on my new car. More
