As far as the oil change, that was spot on. No complaints there. The service advisor Dan Varga was very friendly and professional. My complaint is on the dealer recommended services of fuel induction for $219.95 and differential/transfer case for $249.95. My car starts well, runs smoothly and the check engine light is not on. Also, in Nov. 2012 Kia issued service bulletin 058 for fuel induction cleaning/ flushing. It stated that this is not a recommended or required maintenance procedure. For the differential/transfer case, they recommend that they be inspected every 37,500 miles or 48 months, and that the oil be changed anytime that they have been submerged under water which they have not. I was also given a price of $898.06 for Kumho tires that was for buy 3 and get the 4th for $1. After doing some shopping around, I got 4 Goodyear Assurance Maxlife tires for $124 cheaper than the Kumho tires and $282 than your Goodyear tires. I have no ill feelings for Dan, as he was just following the policies set forth by your service department. I'm wondering though, do you give your dealer recommended services sheet to all service customers, or just women? More
I was estimated and hour and a half. Returned at the hour and a half mark to pick up my car. When I returned the car was also finished and pulled back around to pay and leave. Upon checking out y'all had difficulty finding my prepaid services I signed up for so that took additional time to find that in the system and sort out my bill to pay and leave. More
