I have been very pleased with Spitzer Toyota. My experience began with my purchase of an Avalon with Pat Laughlin as the salesman. I found my car online on the cars.com website and their description of the vehicle was very accurate and the price was fair. They said they couldn't do anything to change the price, but I guess that's how description of the vehicle was very accurate and the price was fair. I purchased a Sequoia in this dealership and the customer service I received was completely above and beyond. I have been to the service department several times with other vehicles I own and company cars a service I received was completely above and beyond. I have been to the service department several times with other vehicles I own and company cars and found them to be very professionaland friendly. I always receive my vehicles back in a timely fashion as promised. This department is ran in a very professional and curtious manner. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. The dealership is always clean and attractive to visit. Mr. Killmeyer, Nestor and Dubyak are all top notch representatives and you should be proud to have them employed by you. Mr. Killmeyer tried to always say hello to his customers when he is not too busy. More

Buying as a single, senior female was a bit scarey. At Spitzer I was made to feel very comfortable and Matt really went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted and color I loved.I did not feel I wa Spitzer I was made to feel very comfortable and Matt really went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted and color I loved.I did not feel I was talked down to or patronized in any way. That's one of the things I was worried about. Service has been efficient, professional and never outrageously long. When I had an accident with my car the employee who answered the phone helped me so much and saved me extra towing due to her efficiency. The staff is friendly and competent and I most always have a smile on my face when I leave (not because I had to pay for repairs) but because Spitzer makes it as painless as possible and it's a nice place to do business. and that is why I can't say enough about Spitzer. I went to the dealership wanting to look for a used vehicle and get out of my old one. All of the folks that I dealt with were very nice and friendly. They showed me everything that I needed to know ab vehicle and get out of my old one. All of the folks that I dealt with were very nice and friendly. I found the SUV I had been searching for online at Spitzer, so I called up the dealership & told them about my trade and final numbers I was looking for... They then called me back a couple minutes l Spitzer, so I called up the dealership & told them about my trade and final numbers I was looking for... They then called me back a couple minutes later and said we had a deal....pending them evaluating my trade of course.... Then 2 days later, I made the hour and a half trip there and walked out a happy customer with my new vehicle an hour later. Wonderful car buying experience....& I'd buy there again. Purchased first and only new car from dealership. Wrote to dealer requesting some resolution and dealer never contacted us directly (Toyota USA but not dealership). After last visit, mileage was incorrect to dealer requesting some resolution and dealer never contacted us directly (Toyota USA but not dealership). After last visit, mileage was incorrectly reported on write up, contacted dealership to request corrected invoice...never received invoice. Service department is not service oriented. Dealership did not make good on promise to make things right. More
