From the very start the sales man knew nothing about the car I was inquiring about and had no intention of finding me answers. When another potential buyer showed for the same car he tried very hard to make us not want the car anymore because he knew he was going to make more money off the other buyer. Purchased a 4Runner at sports city Toyota,when I purchased t i was offered lifetime oil changes for a one time cost of $499 here we are a few years later with only 50k on the truck and 4 or 5 oil ch purchased t i was offered lifetime oil changes for a one time cost of $499 here we are a few years later with only 50k on the truck and 4 or 5 oil changes done and Sports city Toyota will no longer honor there lifetime oil change agreement.There excuse it that the owner changed ,absolute crooks gave me the runaround all afternoon on the phone ,what a ripoff stay away from this dealership LIFE TIME MEANS LIFE TIME THAT I OWNE THE CAR not just when you decide you didn’t go out of business but i hope you do now! Very poor customer service and extremely pushy sales team. They took my keys from me to give me my trade in valve tried to tell me $24,500 is the same as $26,000 had to ask many times at least 10 to get my keys back so I could leave. I will never go back to this dealership. More
First off they really pressure you into getting a vehicle ASAP! I kept telling him I needed time to think about it, should have listened to my instinct. It ended up costing me $860 out of pocket, even though I am paying for an extra warranty that is supposed to cover everything. They are horrible at customer service, and the manager won’t return my call. I can’t wait to be done with them and into another vehicle! I would recommend to stay away from this dealership. Very unprofessional, and that is being kind at the least! More

We purchased a used 2020 Toyota Camry. They told us that it was Toyota certified and that it was in a minor fender bender. I found out by my insurance provider that it was in an accident and the collision r it was Toyota certified and that it was in a minor fender bender. I found out by my insurance provider that it was in an accident and the collision repair was over 7,000.00 dollars and medical there were claims. That's no minor fender bender. I went back to the dealership and spoke to Jose and shared the information with him. He was so rude and was such a smart xxx. He said it could have been that the driver ran into a mail box. He refused to further assist me, turned me away and said that I have to contact carfax if I have a problem with the vehicle. To me I think Toyota didn't do enough research about the vehicle and only cares about their sales. More
Came in today on my 2018 4Runner which came with lifetime oil changes. I was told today, new company took over and lifetime oil changes no longer honored even though same name. Seeing all these bad reviews of the SCT service department blows my mind. Long story short but Abraham Balderas, the service manager, was able to find my Lithia Lifetime Oil Change contract and hon department blows my mind. Long story short but Abraham Balderas, the service manager, was able to find my Lithia Lifetime Oil Change contract and honored it as they are now part of the Lithia Motor Group. Not only did he change my oil for free that day but within a week he got me reimbursed for every receipt I could show him where I paid out of pocket for previous oil changes at non-Lithia shops. He could have let me deal with corporate but he didn't. If that's not above and beyond I don't know what is. More
I purchased my Rv4 on 3/6/2021 from Sport City Toyota working with the sales rep.was great, but now I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. When I went to get my tags changed for my handicap tags I was told there's a reject on it and until that's taken off I can't get my tags or title for at least 8wks,so the tax office sent an email to Sport City Toyota so they could take care of it. Well its now it will be 14weeks on 7/8/21. When I call it's we're looking into it and that's the last I hear. I've left messages for the General manager with no call back,so I sent an email to him and another manager that was trying to help with the issue. Within 30min after sending the email the manager called me, but still no call from the General manager Gary. I'm having to do my own research and found out more from the dealership in MO from the young lady that handel's titles than I have from Sport City. I'm not letting it go I need my tags and title, so be careful when making a purchase from Sport City Toyota. More
