I was just in there Tuesday and it seems there is a new employee that has taken over this issue, and she has given me more information than I've received in the last 14weeks. I hope that this issue will be taken care of within the next week. Thank you for stepping in and trying to get it resolved. There's still an issue when the General manager doesn't have time to speak with a customer that made it very clear there was an issue that needed to be addressed. I would like to acknowledge Ashley and Susie for the help and information they were able to give me while I was there Tuesday.
