SAVE YOURSELF STRESS, TIME, MONEY, AND FRUSTRATION. The biggest regret is choosing this company to purchase a vehicle with. I would never recommend them to anyone. The buying process was easy but once they had to own up to what they promised it because a problem. Within 7 days the vehicle would not start, the trunk would not function properly and obviously I was upset since the first thing I told Dame was I would like a reliable vehicle when I came in to purchase and I feel they are only trying to get over on people. I was reassured that they checked everything but when I reached out to the managers (hieu or hugh Wind and Trey) they all stated this is what happens when you purchase a used vehicle not taking ownership or apologizing at the very least that there was a problem that obviously was not checked. They refused to take the vehicle back for me to get another. With having two children and two parents with health issues I provide for I feel I can not trust the vehicle I was sold. It did not work when I needed it the most in LESS THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE! They sent a tow truck to pick the vehicle up after multiple phone calls on my end. The Gentle man that picked up my vehicle stated to me they get this all the time that there has been so many issues with this company getting over on customers and not owning up to their word when it comes to issues with vehicles. Fast forward 3 days later the vehicle was driven back to me with the tire pressure light on and both batteries to the key fab dying. In which I had to get replaced less than 14 days of purchase. Today I get a call to pick up my plate. So as Dame told me to do I asked about getting my windshield replaced as he stated would be done when I purchased the vehicle (in front of my father who was also present) after they transferred me multiple times and no one new what I was talking about they asked me to call Dame and let him work it out. I call Dame and now I am being made out to be a liar because he told us one thing and documented another. He has made it out as if he never said that he would be sure the windshield would be replaced when he did. so I have absolutely no trust in this entire company. The only one that is even trying to fix the issue at this point who is Mike (another manager there) so I can appreciate that but it does not make up for the extreme unnecessary amount of stress I have had to deal with with this company and vehicle. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY OWN UPS TO THEIR MISTAKES AND HAS SOME SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

Everyone at this location is so nice!! Hospitality thru the Roof!! My family is grateful!!! I was lie to and over charged by the Mitsubishi service tech Corretta Miller. Then on top of that my tonneau cover was stole and truck damaged while in their care and Brain Yates one of the managers declar tech Corretta Miller. Everything went well on the Durham, NC 27707 I went to Sports Durst Hyundai on Saturday October 16 to test drive and purchase a Hyundai Kone SEL. Everything went well on the test drive and the salesperson, Taylor Burton, was courteous and professional. She did inform me that the HMF Dealer Cash bonus was already in the discounted price. That was not on their website, but at the time it was a minor issue that sent up a red flag. I had already looked at your website and saw that they were part of your shopper assurance program. The reason I checked was that no one in the area was giving any discounts on vehicles except Sport Durst Hyundai. I was pleased that they were a part of your program and that what they posted on line was indeed the price of the vehicle. ( I have attached a screenshot of the website information and the window sticker for your information.) When the salesperson gave me the information about the vehicle, I was stunned to find out that the documentation fee was $1,900? (I believe it was $1,954). When I asked why the documentation fee was so high, she informed me that the windows were tinted aftermarket and that they put fabric protection on the vehicle aftermarket. (There was no dealer installed options sticker on the window of the car next to the Monroney label nor was it listed as a dealer installed option as the buyer's order.) I have filed a complaint with the NC Attorney's General Office for Fraud. As listed on the North Carolina DMV website, there are no documentation fees for these dealer installed options because it is not a paperwork item. I would think that this is not in keeping with your shopper assurance program that guarantees open pricing since these dealer installed items were hidden in the documentation fees. I did not alert them to this because I, at that point, was not going to reward a dealer with deceptive practices. They did offer to lower the price to 27,500 on the vehicle out the door from the 28,000 and change they originally offered. I did ask if I could not have these items put on a vehicle coming in and I was told no. I am in the process of purchasing a Honda HRV at this point which is a shame because I really wanted a Hyundai, but I am okay since this is the fourth Honda I am purchasing. When treated fairly, I tend to be loyal. More

RESPECTFUL, HONEST, CARING, CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE FAMILY, PROVE THEY CARE, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, ABOVE THE REST, MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE, and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY!!! (BEST car buying experience I have EVER had!) If I could rate higher than 5 stars I WOULD! This is by far the BEST place to go when you are looking for a vehicle! I was having a difficult time finding the car I wanted, and Kevin & Ms. Frankie WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! They stayed several nights past closing with me, made phone calls to the banks, and they were honest with me every step of the way! I went into the dealership inexperienced, and a young woman who did not know much about financing a vehicle. Ms. Frankie sat down with me, explained all the different options, and let me know what she thought would be my best option. Their focus was not on getting me a car that would put more money in their pockets, but what was my best option considering the value, price, interest rate, and refinancing... and making sure I left out the door feeling happy and comfortable with my purchase. It is very difficult to trust a salesman, when you know the ultimate goal is to make a sale, but these people are GOOD TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE! If I lived out of town, I would travel in the future just to deal with them, as that is how comfortable I feel with them. I would recommend anyone I know to go see KEVIN and MS. FRANKIE!!! I had a few issues and concerns, and they did not have to help me but they did! I had already purchased the vehicle, and noticed a few things that had me concerned. Instead of telling me they couldn't do anything about it since I had already purchased the vehicle, they looked it over, agreed with me, and offered to fix everything! I would like to stress, they did not have to do this, as I already made the purchase, but it is clear that they value their customers and uphold the standards of the vehicles that they sell!! Ms. Frankie stated her ultimate goal was to have me and my husband happy with what we got, and she not only said that, but put it into action! They gave me a loaner vehicle while the vehicle I purchased was being repaired. If they were trying to scam me, they very well could have, however they did the right thing and allowed for me to pick a different vehicle or give them the chance to fix everything I was wanting fixed. Like I stated, I had already purchased the vehicle and didn't realize a few things until after the fact (that they were also unaware of), and they were extremely respectful and willing to help! I had an issue with one of the tires, and Kevin met me well after they closed on the side of the road to help me change a tire, and then they ordered me all new tires because of the inconvenience. I was SHOCKED at that act of kindness I was not expecting! I don't know any other car salesman you could call at 8:45pm at night and they come meet you to help you put a spare tire on your vehicle, after spending hours with you at the dealership already. It is truly amazing and unbelievable at how great of an experience I had, I could not say enough great things about this dealership and the people that work there. If you question the validity of anything I have stated, I am not related to anyone here, just met them last week, and feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions on my experience!!! It is an absolute shame that mistakes and customer service shortcomings are apparently so prevalent at Sport Durst that departmental, dealership and even corporate leadership is numb to addressing it service shortcomings are apparently so prevalent at Sport Durst that departmental, dealership and even corporate leadership is numb to addressing it in a timely and definitive manner. “I’m too busy” is not an excuse for poor customer service – if you had better trained employees and made fewer mistakes, you would be less busy. But I have a feeling that problem will rectify itself when customers stop coming. It is telling that management names and contact information is omitted from their website – they do not want to hear from you. There are two types of customers at Sport Durst Hyundai; 1) Prospective customers they will tell anything to make a sale and, 2) Former customers they never want to hear from again because they already have your money. Do not reward this type of incompetence and abhorrent customer service by patronizing them. Let’s be frank, Dealerships add little to no value to the car buying process. Their only role is to complete paperwork accurately and provide local customer support for the products they sell. Sport Durst fails monumentally on both accounts. Below are just a few highlights of my horrendous experience with Sport Durst/Millennial Automotive Group. - Called sales rep (Taylor) and asked her to do walk around of vehicle to note any damage as I would be driving from 2 ½ hours to purchase a demo car. Rep indicated no damage yet when I arrived there was very visible damage to the rear bumper. - Finance Director (Dennis) misrepresented terms of CPO warranty indicating that service under the warranty had no customer copay/deductible and that the warranty period would commence from the date and mileage the vehicle was delivered to me. Both statements are inaccurate and contradicted by the CPO Warranty terms and conditions posted on Hyundai’s website and in the paper work he provided to me. Also did not sign the CPO documents and listed incorrect lienholder on sales documents. - Left repeated messages for Finance Director, Sales Manager, General Manager and even the MidAtlantic sales director for assistance in acquiring the corrected documents. No response to emails and verbal promises to provide were not followed-through. Excuse given was that they were busy and had paperwork everywhere - that's encouraging - Plates were deliver to dealership for pickup (2 1/2 hrs away) despite assurances they would be mailed to me directly.
