My Review of Spradley Barr Ford:
Terrible attention to detail, bordering on inept - I tried harder to make the sale happen than the saleperson did. Promised call-backs several times that never happened - I had to call him in order to find out anything. Was told I could pick up the vehicle I had chosen five days after we had verbally agreed to the deal. Suddenly - he did not know where the vehicle was, nor could he locate it. Two days after(seven days total)I was supposed to have picked up the vehicle, I found it myself at another dealer after spending about ten minutes on the Web. It was avaialble and had been on their lot for 22 days. As I was on my way to look at it, Paul called to tell me that the "Vehicle is under contract and no longer available", I said that was interesting since I was on my way to look at it. However, he did seem to know that the vehicle was at Sill-TerHar Ford, and it had been on their lot for 22 days. Hmmm... Got a better deal with the new dealer than Spradley was going to give me anyway. Tried to contact Karolyn Barr (customer relations) by e-mail, but have had no response so far. I have lived in Fort Collins for ten years, and honestly, I have heard nothing but sour reviews for Spradley-Barr from everyone. Now I will be included in that group giving those poor reviews.
