At the time, bought used car in July, I’m pleased with sales guy pricing information of car and service dept but very disappointed in financial department guy running my credit carelessly and being so cold hearted adding more onto the contract pricing was more for a used car. In two months time I had to replace tires out of pocket. I regret not staying with my Subaru dealership. Subaru of Monrovia is very good as sensitive and caring about processing transactions as running my credit. It’s now end of January 2024 now and still no tags processed for this Acura vehicle.
